Engaging BUMN Volunteer Corps, SIG Promotes Online Marketing of Cibadak Integrated Farming's Harvested Products
In commemoration of the 9th Anniversary of PT Krakatau Semen Indonesia (KSI) in 2022, the company conducted a Blood Donation Social Activity within the PT KSI premises. This event took place on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the PT KSI Main Lobby. The event was attended by PT KSI employees and partners, in collaboration with the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Cilegon branch. This activity was part of the celebration of PT KSI's 9th Anniversary, which fell on December 20, 2022. Alhamdulillah, the event proceeded smoothly, surpassing the target of 30 blood bags by collecting a total of 33 bags. Considering that there are 26 employees and partners within PT KSI's environment, this was a significant contribution.
The head of Cilegon's UTD, represented by Dr. Teti, PT KSI's Directors, and all of PT KSI's employees and partners, were present at the blood donation event. This blood donation activity was a form of care for fellow beings in need of blood.
The pinnacle event of the anniversary celebration took place on December 20, 2022. PT KSI held a gratitude event, Tasyakuran Bini'kmah, as an expression of gratitude. PT KSI organized a series of social and educational assistance activities for orphanages within the PT KSI Ring 1 area, which included the Al-Itmam and Al Khairiyah Foundations. The symbolic presentation of gifts to orphaned children from these foundations was an expression of gratitude for all the blessings received and for the blessings that these children brought to the PT KSI community.
Aside from the social assistance event, the main anniversary celebration held at the main lobby was simple but included the presentation of awards to outstanding employees. The anniversary event was attended by Commissioners, Directors, Employees, and representatives from the Al-Itmam and Al Khairiyah Foundations.
During his speech, the Acting CEO of PT KSI, Achmad Safii, motivated all PT KSI employees to remain enthusiastic and continuously strive for improvement. He emphasized the importance of introducing new innovations, especially in operations and sales, both domestically and internationally, as well as the significance of all supporting factors that would have a positive impact on the welfare of employees and the surrounding community.
