KSI Distributes 1 Cow and 4 Goats for Ring One Residents
PT Krakatau Semen Indonesia (KSI) enlivened Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijriyah by distributing sacrificial animals in the form of 1 cow and 4 goats to the community around the company in Cilegon City, Banten. The distribution is carried out through the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program which is routinely carried out every year.
The sacrificial animals were handed over directly by KSI Finance & HR Director Bakhrul Ulum to Comdev / Environmental Development of PT Krakatau Steel which is planned to be handed over together through the Krakatau Steel Group & joint venture sacrificial animal social assistance program. Furthermore, all sacrificial animals totaling 58 cows, 6 buffaloes and 120 goats were distributed to all villages in Cilegon City.
The ceremony was attended by Cilegon Mayor Helldy Agustian, Cilegon Police Chief AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro, Commander of Kodim 0623 Cilegon Lieutenant Colonel Inf Ari Widyo Prasetyo, community leaders and other relevant officials.
This year KSI sacrificed 1 cow which was handed over to Comdev / Environmental Development Krakatau Steel, while 4 goats were distributed to the company's ring one environment by the Acting Secretary & Legal KSI, Basuki Witjahyo.
The targets of the goat distribution included the Baitul Kholiq Mosque, Al Itman and Al Khairiyah Orphanage Foundations. "KSI and its holding consistently share happiness with the community around the company, including during this Eid al-Adha moment. Hopefully this CSR program from KSI can be sustainable every year, so that the benefits can be felt by the community.
