Sales Exceed Target, KSI Management and Employees Hold Thanksgiving Ceremony
The management of PT Krakatau Semen Indonesia (KSI) and all employees held a simple thanksgiving in the lobby of the KSI Main Building, Cilegon, Banten, Tuesday (2/7/2024). This event was a form of gratitude because the sales figure of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) in June 2024 exceeded the target set in the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).
KSI posted sales of 26,604 tons in June 2024, exceeding the set target of 25,920 tons. This is the best achievement since January 2024. Overall, GGBFS sales volume in the first semester of 2024 grew 31.2% compared to the same period in 2023.
"This event is a form of gratitude and appreciation to all employees who have worked hard. This success should increase the motivation and confidence of all employees that with maximum efforts and accompanied by prayer, we will be able to achieve the 2024 RKAP target," said KSI HR and Finance Director Bakhrul Ulum accompanied by Operations Director Galih Walandhi.
This success cannot be separated from the coordination and collaboration of all work units in the company. Therefore, Bakhrul advised that collaboration, which is part of AKHLAK's core values, continues to be improved. "Of course, this achievement needs to be supported by all units. The challenges ahead are not getting lighter, therefore we must maintain cohesiveness, cooperation and unite our determination for the progress of the company," he said.
As is known, KSI is a joint venture company formed by SIG and PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk.
